Laurelwood PTA
Laurelwood PTA does not sell or rent member information. Email addresses are used to communicate about schoolwide and classroom-specific events, holidays, and announcements.
This public website does not create visitor accounts or directly collect payment-card information. Membership, donations, volunteer interest, calendars, and school communications use third-party services with their own privacy practices.
The website is prepared to measure aggregate outbound actions such as Join, Donate, Volunteer, Calendar, Shop, and ParentSquare clicks when privacy-appropriate analytics is enabled. The PTA will not use site analytics data to build advertising profiles.
Website services, cookies, and retention
The static Laurelwood PTA website does not set first-party advertising cookies or retain form submissions. The calendar on this site is copied from the public PTA Google Calendar when the site is published, so viewing it does not contact Google. Linked services—including Google Calendar subscriptions, Membership Toolkit, PayPal, ParentSquare, Google Forms, and social networks—may receive standard request information and apply their own cookies, account, and retention policies.
Information submitted to a linked service is retained and deleted under that provider’s settings and the PTA administrator’s operational requirements. Contact Laurelwood PTA to ask where a specific membership, donation, or volunteer record is handled.
California State PTA
California State PTA does not sell or rent member information. Sponsors and allied agencies may receive limited and restricted opportunities to communicate with members.
National PTA
National PTA does not sell or rent member information.
